English
Chocoload plans loads on your device. Its core features do not require an account or a connection to the developer's servers. The app contains no ads, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Items, dimensions, quantities, loading spaces, constraints, and saved plan history stay in the app's local storage. Language preferences and imported localization content are also stored on the device. You can delete saved plans in the app. The developer does not receive this information automatically.
Information leaves the app only when you choose to use a system sharing or email feature. A support email can include diagnostic summaries such as app and OS versions, language and time zone, item counts and total weight, and saved-plan counts. An algorithm feedback file may include the full item names, SKUs, constraints, and plan snapshot. Check the selected file and recipient before sending.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to attach. We use it to reply and investigate the issue, not for advertising or tracking. Contact us to request deletion of support information you sent. Content you share with another app is also subject to the recipient's privacy practices.
This website provides product and support information. We have not added website analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve the site.
