开始使用：在“新建方案”中选择装载空间和货物，设置尺寸、重量及装载约束，然后生成并比较方案。进入方案详情可查看 3D、二维视图和文字指南。成功生成的方案会保存在本机“历史方案”中。
如果结果不符合预期，请先核对单位、箱体内尺寸、箱门尺寸、货物数量、方向和承压设置。默认模板仅供估算；实际装载前仍需人工确认设备参数和现场安全条件。
反馈问题时，可在 App 的“设置”中使用“发送反馈”。该操作会打开设备的邮件 App，并附带一份诊断摘要；邮件不会自动发送。若使用方案页的算法反馈分享，所生成文件可能包含完整货物和方案数据，请先检查再选择分享对象。
为了便于排查，请告诉我们使用的设备、系统版本、App 版本、操作步骤，以及你预期和实际看到的结果。请勿发送不必要的客户或敏感资料。

To get started, choose a loading space and items in New Plan, enter dimensions, weights, and constraints, then generate and compare plans. Open a plan to inspect its 3D and 2D views and loading guide. Successfully generated plans are saved in History on that device.
If a result looks wrong, check units, internal and door dimensions, quantities, orientation, and load-bearing settings. Built-in templates are estimates; verify actual equipment and site safety conditions before loading.
To report an issue, use Send Feedback in the app's Settings. This opens your mail app with a diagnostic summary; nothing is sent automatically. The algorithm feedback file from a plan may contain complete item and plan data. Review it before choosing where to share it.
Please include your device, OS and app versions, steps to reproduce, and the expected and actual results. Avoid sending unnecessary customer or sensitive information.
